"We have had a very positive experience working with Enviro-Tech, and the sales rep.. We did a major project replacing all of our windows including a large bow window in the living room. The sales rep presented the information in a thorough, yet concise manner. He also pointed out areas where we could avoid unnecessary costs. The sales rep didn't disappear once he made the sale. He was involved throughout the process... from measuring to ordering to inspecting installation and following up with warranty and tax credit information. We were extremely pleased with the installation of our new windows. They look great both inside and outside. And Clean up was excellent! We haven't had a full year with our windows, but we can feel a difference in how much better the cold and heat are kept out. We also love how easy the windows are to clean. Over all experience was good. The sales rep. was helpful!.The installer was very best & efficient. The windows are nice. We haven't gone through a heating season yet- so don't know about the energy efficiency.
